D. O. C. T. [ Diploma in Physiotherapy ]

At Ashoka Nursing & Paramedical College, we offer a specialized Diploma in Occupational Therapy (D.O.C.T.) program designed to prepare students for careers as occupational therapists. This course focuses on helping individuals with physical, mental, or developmental challenges gain independence in daily life. The curriculum includes subjects like anatomy, physiology, psychology, and therapeutic techniques, equipping students to develop personalized therapy programs and utilize assistive technologies to enhance patients' functioning and quality of life.

Graduates of the D.O.C.T. program are prepared to work in diverse settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools, and community organizations. They play a vital role in supporting patients to perform daily tasks like dressing, cooking, and working through therapeutic interventions.
